Stefano Oleari: ``Our philosophy``

We make fine wines with the greatest respect for the environment, continuously investing in innovative growing and wine-making techniques so we can keep up with the times while remaining true to the tradition that only an organic winery can guarantee.

Our production focuses on using exclusively natural products and techniques, free from any synthetic chemicals. This is also our focus during the wine-making stages at the winery, which are done as naturally as possible and by using very low quantities of sulphites.

At 250 metres above sea level, we run our vineyard of approximately 24 hectares with a special focus on growing native grape varieties, primarily Spergola (white) and others like Lambrusco Montericco, Lambrusco Barghi, Lambrusco Oliva and Sgavetta (red).

The history

Founded in 1999 by the Giacobazzi family, for about fifteen years he led the cellar, immediately focusing on the quality of the products. Show more
